sound problems

Having problems with sound delivered to mogulus from DV camera. Recognizes mt sound card but not the camera. I have gon ethrough Adobe streamer and sound is weak mon the other end. It also increases the lag considerably. I am sure others are having this problem and the ajustments on mogulus do not solve the problem. My other programs recognize sound and image so computer and camera are fine. Maybe settings or configurations???

I have same problem with one computer, but not the other. It could be some corrupt software on your computer. I know there are lots of software problems on the computer that won't accept the dv signal. Why? It's software; the answer may be a fresh OS install.
