On-Demand is to short?

Hello guys,
I asked Support already, but it doesn't help at all :-(

Here's the problem:
Like you can see on the attachment (pic 1) I have a storyboard called "Aion Test" - It seems
to be 1m 57sec long.
Now, when I open the storyboard (pic 2) there's only 1 video with 1m 14sec.

Support sayed:
Re-import the video, that should fix the issue!

But how can I re-import a video? There is no f****** re-import button!!!! °.°

By the way: The real streaming time was 1m 57sec.
So my question is, where are the 43sec?

I made several test, all with the same result:
There are everytime more than 30sec missing.
