Both image and sound often freeze

I'm a Premium user.

From 1 am to 2 am on Oct 10th (Japan Time), the image and sound which I had broadcast often froze so heavily.
The number of viewers at that time was less than 20.
Why ?

This is the second time to experience such terrible freeze.
The previous case also occurred at midnight time in Japan.

The performance of my PC and the bandwidth of my network environment are
surely sufficient.
I can't think of anything but　the performance of Live stream server.

Is there any plan to enhance Live Stream servers ?
