Default Recording causes delays and movement glichyness

trying to stream league of legends and it just causes the worst delays, when i stream minecraft its fine. ive tried podcaster with every kind of settings i can think of and just cant get it to stream without severly affecting my ability to play- it completely lags up my character causing small action delays and glichy/porting when walking that gives me a headache and pretty much ruins my abilitiy to play.

So how is everyone streaming without these issues

Hello,

I will need to know a few things in order to help. I would need to know for both games if you are streaming in game mode, or screen capture mode. Also I would need to know the specs of your computer, your procaster video settings, and the results you receive from www.speedtest.net
