My storyboards are gone!

Wow, I spent hours creating 6 files with storyboards in them. Then I spent many more hours adding videos to the storyboard, then around 4:15am (Miami time) they were all gone!!

Now all I have are the old files and storyboards which I had erased earlier in the day.

I started putting together my content from scratch -- and it all looked great

...... so what happened?
