I think they are need for the staff for the Disney channel. So many people like the Disney channel especially kids just enjoy it. So if you know any persons looking for the media or entertainment as their career please inform them and come for the interview.

Is this even legal?

I think you would have to write to Disney to legally display their videos.
Because if they find out (which they probably will) they might sue you!

Great point Memorywipe ! Could be why I contacted Disney Legal Dept. and reported the copyright infringment. They seemed paticularly interested in the channels airing HSM Disney content. I'll venture to say that they will be "sweeping" Molgulus for copyright issues for the next few weeks.
