White Chat Screen

Ciao,

I'm trying to do a livestream of my drawing and whenever I start it up, the chat, player and promote are all blank white screens. I have checked my Flash, and it's working fine. I'm running Windows XP (Updated) with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox (Newest)

I resently updated Procaster, and now it doesn't seem to work for me. I would really like for some help or answers, since I wish to also chat with my viewers.
