Unhappy Can't get audio on mac?

The issue didn't arise until only about a month ago. I've had to resort to going to my desktop PC to get audio with the streams I like to watch, vidya2. This does take some convenience out of using my macbook.
I can get the video just fine, but I can't get audio for the stream. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a common fix for this problem? Please let me know soon!

Do you have the latest version of Flash and does this happen in every browser?

Yes, I'm sure I have the most recent flash. I've tried with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. None of them work for the audio.

EDIT:: Also just tried it on Opera and it still doesn't work for audio.

It may be an issue with your installation of flash. Try replacing it. To replace Flash, visit the following links:

Flash Unistaller:*http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_1415...?promoid=DTEGO

Latest Version of Flash:*http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Audio drop downs? Are you trying to stream audio or listen to audio from another stream?
