Video is lagging, audio is staticy with lag

Hi...

i jsut got Procaster and tried it out officially. my viewers say the vidfeo is quite fast, but when i go to look at it, i can see my my mouse doing what i already did. it's not catching up to me. Also, aside from the annoying radio-like sounds in my audio, when i play music, it will start on mine, then i will hear it start about 5 seconds later in the video. So it keeps repeating. It's like its adding layers and layers of the same muzic and never stops.

I would really like the video to be right with me, escpecially because i'm drawing in Photoshop. Music isn't that important, but it's very nice to have.

My video quality is at its lowest in Procaster, i took some advice from someone else and set my audio settings to
target bitrate- 48
sampling rate-22050
channels- mono

I even lowered my screen resolution. nothing changed. Please helpme, i will be very grateful!! <3

What are the mixer settings in the audio preferences? Perhaps auto mix is on, or your built in microphone needs to be deleted from there.

Regarding lag in the video: If you mean the video you are broadcasting, this is normal.
