Premium Suggestion - Enthusiast Tier

I had a suggestion:

Implement an enthusiast tier of premium pricing that doesn't break the wallet. I would love to broadcast in HD and extend my storage, and I would gladly pay to do so, but $350 a month is, as you probably know, ridiculous for one person. Here would be my idea for a good tier for the individuals.

- Unlimited Free Channels
- Ad-Supported Streaming + Revenue Sharing.
- 150-300 GB Storage
- SD/HD Quality up to 800-1000kbps
- $15-$30 per month

Would this be possible?

I can work with that
been telling them they need a plan for the common people cause unless I am rich or payed very very well...not touching 350 a month (crazy people that bill money for a week right there)
