deleting clips from my storyboard and audio problems

I want to delete some videos from my storyboard, how can i do that?

And also:

When i broscast my videos i can only record the audio from my microphone, how can i record the game audio??

What happens when you click on "delete" on the clips in the right hand pane in the storyboard?
