Default Unable to access chat?

The Procaster window is complaining about not having a Flash Player installed dispite Flash working on all other aspects of my browsing. I looked into re-installing and fixing the problem myself, but I can't seem to get anywhere. Seems it's an issue with running x64 instead of x32 or something.

Basically, what do I do when I see this - (see image)

Update: The problem is indeed that Procaster is loading the chat feature with Internet Explorer 64 bit, which doesn't support flash.

All I need to do is make Procaster load the chat feature in Internet Explorer 32bit, or a different browser entirely.

Please help.

If you are able, please enable IE 8 32 bit, and install flash. You should be able to switch between both versions.
