Resolution issue

I have newly started livestream today but I got a trouble with resolution issue(not quite sure it's being caused by resolution tho)

Once I start streaming with a screen mode, it shows something like below
(there are extra blanks from every side and doesn't fit on the screen)

Currently I am using 1920x1080 for the window resolution with dual monitors

I would be very glad with any help

Try setting your screen resolution lower and see if that helps.
