For the last two weeks we have had issues logging into the studio from our account. When we log in through the top of the page and then select the studio for our channel, it freezes up on the "Authenticating, please wait" screen.
When we use the livestream.com/studio link, it returns the "Oops, connection problems" error. The error occurs with everyone associated with our channel. Any thoughts? I have had colleagues in another school (we are a high school broadcast journalism program) mention the same issue. Best, Rob |

Please ensure that you use the most upgraded version of flash and browser
I also recommend replacing your Flash software and deleting your Flash cookies. Instructions are below: To replace Flash: Flash Uninstaller: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_1415...?promoid=DTEGO Latest Version of Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Deleting your Flash cookies: Right click within your player window and click settings. Move the local storage setting to 0, close, then re-open. Then move the storage to 100kb, save, then refresh the page. Please check your internet connection type –Wired, Wireless or 3G. A wireless connection disengage once in a while. Visit speedtest.net, take a test to judge your current internet connection. It is recommended to have 700kbps of internet speed to stream effectively with Livestream. Another common issue is an unstable stream. For that you need to use this test. Generally you want to get an A or at least a B. http://www.pingtest.net Regards Alok |
