Exclamation Imported clip in autopilot-problem (need fast help)

Hello
I have a problem with my autopilot but only when I'm trying to play storyboards that I have made myself from imported clips from exemple youtube or my harddrive.
I have made storyboards and when I'm in the manage library I can preview all the clip seperatly without any problem but when I drag the whole storyboard to the autopilot and press restart autopilot. The stream goes black, no audio or movie is played. And if I continuing trying and if maybe some clip starts to play when I am refreshing the channel over and over again, then the screen goes black again as soon as it reaches clip number 2 in the storyboard, so there is no "flow".
Are they to large and taking to much to stream? How can I make them smaller in that case from youtube.
The imported from my pc am I using the wrong fileformat? But if I am why does it work fine in the library and as "cued" streams but not as a playlist in autopilot?
Need quick help!

Update: When I study and look at the stream it seems like it's diffrent from loop to loop, some loops it works and some not. Hopefully it gets better and better when the loop has played some times. Anyone else has expired similiar problems with imported clips?

Try creating a storyboard of just one of your imported clips and see if it plays in auto-pilot. Do this just as a test.

In other words, you'd be checking if each clip can play on its own in a storyboard in auto-pilot.

That's let you know if there's a clip that's having a problem by itself.
If they can, then maybe it's something about the combination of the clips.

Are you uploading any of these clips as "master file?"

See "Upload File as Master"
http://www.livestream.com/userguide/...Video_Settings
It's a check box. If that's selected, Livestream doesn't re-encode. I'm thinking if that box was checked when uploading a file it might be an incompatible format.
