Incorrect Upload!

Hi everybody! Since 20 hours I can't correctly upload my videos on the channels i own.
I explain. A video which ha a length of 4'20'' for example, when the uploading process is finished can be 3 minutes charged and sometimes for a half.
When it happens, audio and video are not synchronized. I've not changed anything in my production chain. Videos are always at the same bitrate, audio, fps, ecc.

Can anybody help me?
