Problem with the chat.

Hello.

A few days ago, I opened a channel in Livestream.

I´ve got a problem. I prefer to use the old player, but in this link, the chat doesn´t work. In the studio, I´ve got the chat activated, but it only works in the new player.

Can be this problem solved?

in the last week i experience the same problem with the old and the new player.
initialy i was thought that the problem is in the old player but when people type some text
in the new one the messages only stays there for a while and than after a few minutes desapear and apear some old text that stays there from the last month.
i try to clean the chat, type new text, refresh browsers (I.E and Firefox) but no results.
the new text desapear and go back to the old one.

someone can resolve this please?

its very enoying and people start complaying because they use to put some meessages in the chat.
