Video doesn't save when i disconnect

So yesterday i was playing a game and everything was working right until my internet connection died for a moment right before the game ended, and when it got back i went to the website to see the newly uploaded video and it wasn't there, i check my studio and i find the video there but i can't watch it.

This had happened quite a few times, and the video was actually recorded because it in in my video folder, but it didn't got uploaded at the livestream website
