No More Upload For Today...

Hi everybody,
i tried a few minutes ago, to upload a video but the system told 'you've reached maximum upload of 40 videos for free channel for today, please retry later'.
Is it a bug? i didn't upload 40 videos today, even if i make the sum of the videos of the last seven days.
So, please help to understand.

This programa is anoying... but probably its right.

if you upload videos every day but never let 24h pass between one and the next upload it will acumulate and reach the 40 videos the same way, Its what happen to me. I put 20 videos today, but if i upload another 20 before it reach 24hours after de last one it will keep the acumulating till reach 40... and then i have to wait 24hours to have upload again.
