Got my channel working, how to disable video?

I want to stream just a couple hours of music and believe when I stream video (web cam or desktop background) it slows down the audio stream, how can I disable video in procaster? I heard that I may need to login as a guest or something to acquire the default background? I need help and asap gotta broadcast this tonight!
