Recording in HD, streaming low - possible?

Hi,

I have a short question concerning record videos via Procaster. For me it would be great to stream videos with around 400-500kbit while at the same time record it on my hdd in higher quality to upload those to YouTube afterwards also. So is there a possiblity to do that?

What will happen if I record my streams in high quality with procaster although my channel can only stream comparatively low (free account)? Would that work like my channel will automatically downsize the stream and I am still able to record the HD quality on my hdd?
