Chat Window doesn't appear when live...?

From what I've heard from other users, there is supposed to be a 'chat window' show up when live?? It doesn't show up for me. This is inconvinent! Anyone help me? Oh yeah, I use procaster... ^^;

I submitted a report about the issue, but all I was told was to reinstall the latest version of flash player (which I already had) and to delete the cookie on the player in procaster. Sadly, when I right-click on the player, chat, or promote nothing happens. So if that's the problem, it cannot be resolved.

Anyone else having this issue?

This happened to me today, but reinstalling Flash actually worked for me.
