Can't add videos to storyboard

I can't, for the life of me, add any videos to a storyboard ...

I've got quite a few videos, some of them in a folder, some of them not, of various lengths and topics.

I've created multiple storyboards. I go to manage, then I open the storyboard, it says "there are no videos in this storyboard" then I click and drag a video over, and it has a RED X whenever I drag anything over, it won't let me. Help?

I tried it in the On Demand screen, I tried it in the auto-pilot ... I just can't get it to work =(
