Cause a delay

I am trying to shoutcast a match that needs to be at least 3 minutes behind so there is no ghosting (People telling where people are etc)

Would like to know would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately there is no way to add a buffer or delay to your stream without purchasing additional hardware.
