Default Canon 7D hdmi
hello I am wanting to use my 7D with Livestream Procaster
I am trying to connect to a MacBook Pro Retina for airborne casting
I've seen some people talking about Blackmagic products for HDMI but my new MBP does have an input built in. Can this be used with an hdmi cable from the 7D into procaster?

To stream via HDMI input you will need a capture card; we recommend the Black Magic line of capture devices. Please note your 7D may require a firmware hack to stream, and even then I wouldn't recommend this solution due to reports of sensor overheating when using DSLRs to stream.
