Audio Configuring tips, please!

I'm trying to set up a stream of a video. It works all right, but I'm having trouble with audio.

I want to use Mumble to talk with friends at the same time as they watch the live stream. I can't figure out how to make livestream only record the video's audio, and have me hear all of the programs through my headphones.

Are there any video players or audio software that will let me do this? Thanks in advance.

I'm on Windows 7 64-bit, I use a USB-DAC for audio, and I have Livestream Procaster.

You can try a program called Virtual Audio Cables, which should be able to accomplish this.
