CPU Issues and Software

I have a very powerful PC (6-core and 16GB of memory w/ SSD) ... and the LIVESTREAM FOR PRODUCERS increases my CPU to 90% + and even gets me a blue screen. I disabled record to PC option and things seem to be a bit better but any change (like 2D/3D) and it crashes my PC Again.

Is there any other software that I can use w/ new livestream and what are optimal settings for HD? The "live stream producer" seems very limited where i cant even add scrolling items on the bottom or images on top of the screen ...

CPU, RAM
Operating System
Any Hardware (Camera, capture card, etc) and how it's connected
Any additional software being run
Producer version number (open preferences, click "i" in top right-hand corner)
