DVR Cards For Mini Cameras

I work with several schools who are interested in birdbox cameras. Several of them already have small cameras that have the yellow and white connectors, but I was wondering if anyone had a good suggestion for a decent DVR card to use with the PC. One school i work with currently has an X Vision DVR card, but it doesnt work with procaster so I have to record the software running on the desktop.

Ideally it would need to be cheap (with school budget cuts etc.)

If the camera has composite output, you should be able to send that to a Grass Valley ADVC-110, which would then input to your streaming machine via Firewire.
