offline music playing and pic with runing tool bar

hi i have a live stream that i, when i go offline it would put a pic that i made for it and music and of course with a running banner on the bottom how do i do that? can any 1 help

You can achieve this by using Procaster in screen capture mode to record a short clip of your still image with your chosen music playing. Once the recording is done, you can move it to your auto-pilot playlist in Studio. Once the clip is in your auto-pilot, it will loop when you are offline. You can then add ticker text in the Studio as well. I'll include links to our user guide which illustrate how to use the auto-pilot playlist and the ticket.
