Audio is not saved

I'm having a simple problem with no understandable reason behind it. this has never happened before.

I am using X-split Broadcaster as a live streaming medium over a livestream channel.

When I try and play back the videos that are saved to the livestream server, weather through Video on demand or in the livestream studio, Audio is not present.

Audio is present during the live stream and in the files recorded on my computer.

What's wrong and how do I fix it?

Could you please tell us a bit about your workflow? Are you broadcasting using an RTMP URL or by directly linking your Livestream account? If you are using an RTMP URL, could you please show us the URL exactly as you have it entered?

I broadcast by directly linking my Livestream Account to the X-Split Broadcaster.

I Realize that X-Split is still in Beta but this whole not saving Audio thing shouldn't be happening.

Audio Is Present during Live Broadcast.
Audio Is Present in my saved Videos on My Computer.
Audio Is NOT present in my saved videos in the Livestream Studio.

I like using X-Split because of the many features it has that Procaster does not.

Procaster Does not have this issue with Audio.

I'm sorry If I've wasted your time but I can't really tell you much more than I did have an issue and still do.

I've done a test broadcast using Xsplit and cannot reproduce the behavior you are encountering. If possible, please list your audio/video options, or include a screen shot of your options as they appear from within the program. I will try to configure my settings exactly as yours to see if I'm able to reproduce.

I am having the exact same problem. I think it is because xsplit free uses "Speex" for encoding audio... I'm guessing that livestream is not supporting that type of saved files.

My xsplit settings:
video
codec x.264
quality 6
VBV rate 1400
flash buffer 1

audio:
16000KHz 16bit mono
codec: speex
bitrate 42200
two boxes below unchecked

Can you confirm if this occurs when using Xsplit's AAC audio preset?

I don't have a Xsplit licence, so there is no way to know. Can't you reproduce the problem?
