Problems with billing

Hi Livestream Staff, my name is Paolo and i'm a Premium user of your service. I have a problem with my VISA card that will least again for a few days, beacuse i'm making some changes. My question is this: could you unlock the channel and give me the permission to make the payment on March 16th? I know and i can imagine you have your statement, but i'm trying to ask you this because, even if the difficulties are very strong here in Italy, i'm seriously intended to go on with your service. So i ask if you can give me this chance, that could give me the possibility to breaktrough these days of defaillance and go on.
