When I try the 2d Mix and 3d Mix buttons all I get is a white placeholders where video should be. Camera and Capture buttons work fine.
I am using a DV camera and Windows 7. My computer is an i7 CPU with a Radeon 4870HD video card with the latest Catalyst 9.4 drivers Any way I can fix this? I like this product and want to use all of it's features. Last edited by RedSpar; 15th April 2009 at 20:05. |

I had the same problem yesterday but now I can't even run ProCaster! When I launch and enter my Mogulus account details it tells me that I've entered "invalid username/password".
Any ideas? Thanks |

First: great application, way to go!
Same issue here, 2d & 3d Mix donīt work, white placeholders in the preview and in the live stream (even with turned off preview itīs not working). My specs: Pentium 4 2.8 ghz, 1 GB ram, Matrox G550 video card with dual-monitors, using Logitech 9000 Pro webcam. Another problem: the GUI crashes sometimes, recover with "Refresh" in the taskbar helps. App is CPU-hungry .... what are perfect hardware-specs for smooth streaming? Thanks, Hans van Rock |

Using the desktop capture and video in the individual modes work fine, but when I run in either 2-d or 3-d mode the fps drops to 1 frame per second (fps).

Usually this is related to drivers - if you update any video / camera drivers it should resolve it in most cases. If you can send the following to procaster@mogulus.com this would also be helpful:
Log file located below: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\procaster\procaster.log OR C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\procaster As well as the results of dxdiag which you can get by following these instructions: 1. press Start (xp: start + run) 2. type in the box dxdiag, press enter 3. in dxdiag, click on Save All Information 4. send us the text file you saved -Ben Mogulus Support |
