Are 3,000 ad free viewer per month or per year? and what happen to the 3,001st ? he got ad or I have to pay $0.27 to allow him/her to watch streaming ?

The 3000 user hours is a monthly number, that renews itself at the beginning of each month. If you go over 3000, you will be billed at $0.27 per hour over the monthly limit.

What is maximum number of viewers in months with Channel Plan offer. How many hours can be broadcasted per day ?

The viewer count is unlimited, however the way viewer hours is calculated is as follows. One viewer watching for one hour equals one viewer hour, two for 30 minutes, four for 15 minutes, etc.

I understand that if I have 300 viewers and post an event about 30 minutes, 300X30 = 9.000 .. Just with one event 9.000 viewer hours.. How can I support this ????? This calculation is true ??
