Procaster Audio Issues

When I'm streaming a game the audio is fine on my end, but my viewers are saying the audio gets choppy for about 15-20 seconds every five minutes or so. I've tried messing with bitrates and whatnot, but nothing seems to work. Some help would be appreciated.

-RAM
-Operating System
-Procaster Settings (screenshots if possible)
-Internet Connection (visit www.speedtest.net and send me the results of a test)
-Wired or WiFi?

Are your viewers complaining about the Live broadcast only or also about viewing VOD?

Windows 7 x64
Procaster settings are set to default, Normal for video streaming
My connection is 1.2MB down, about 1 Mbps up http://www.speedtest.net/result/1695249519.png

And it's during live broadcast only.
