Audio crackling/how to resize for youtube?

So, i don't know if this is the best place to put this but, i assume it is. Both issues can clearly be shown in the following video

First, is the audio. every now and then, it like..crackles? is the best word for it. How do i fix that?

the other, is the -size- of the video. Does it have to do with the encoding? or is it the quality i'm streaming? I have no idea how to fix/change that.
