I logged into my studio to check out the channel, and I'm missing almost 20 hours of video all of a sudden. None of these clips were older than a month, and my storage history hasn't gone over 8 GB in the last month.
Submitting support ticket, but my feedback is this is horsepuckey. |

If you could review the billing tab within the account center you'll see you were over the 10GB limit this month. I would however encourage you to respond via the ticket should you have further questions. Matt Livestream Support |
