Not Importing

I've shot two videos tonight and not one has imported. These were short 30 second test videos. Whats going on here? I want to use live stream but I don't want to lose every live broadcast.

Getting similar issues. It pretty much cut off at 4% on my last vid. Attempted a retry and now it's stuck at 0% and waiting for import server to become available. Either it's very busy right now or something's down.

Are either of you still experiencing an issue? I just took a look at each of your Studios and it appears all of your clips have imported successfully.

Those tests imported and everything was going great until last night. I lost one video due to a procaster issue, it happens. However the video after will not import at all.

Are you still experiencing the issue, scottsm? Did your video end up importing? If not, I recommend opening a ticket in our support center:
