Audio Keeps Skipping

I have heard from my viewers that whenever I play anything with audio (music, movies, etc.) that the sound "skips." It apparently will cut in and out. However, I have not seen this problem with some of the other Livestreamers that I've watched.

This began shortly after I downloaded one of the more recent updates for Procaster.

Is there anything I can do to fix this irritating issue?

If you can, please let me know what version of procaster you are using, the version of windows you are running, the specs of your computer, and the bit rate your audio is set to.
