I just wish I could figure out how to play, edit or trim those downloaded recordings on my pc.
I guess Livestream is forcing us to buy apples.
So I did, I got an ipad. Guess what, I can't even watch my channel as apple has restricted it from using any flash.

I guess livetream's intent is that all their viewers have pc's and all producers have apples and pc's.

Hello,

The latest version of Microsoft Live Movie Maker 2011 supports mp4 files. If you do not have it, please download it and see if it works for you.

OK, Thanks, but that didn't work.

I just installed windows live movie maker 2011 on my vista desktop.

After the install, on my vista destop, procaster will not load.
I tried to reinstall procaster 20.00.95 on the vista desktop but procaster still crashed when I start it.

So....
I went to my laptop and set procaster there to record a mobile stream.

Back on the vista desktop, I went to studio and downloaded the mp4 stream I had just recorded via the laptop.

I started Windows Live Moviemaker 2011 and selected the mp4 video I just downloaded.
WLMM2011 reported that the mp4 file is recorded in an invalid format.

Thanks anyway.

Now I not only can't play or edit the mp4 files, but I got to figure out how to get procaster back to working on my destop so I can record files in the flash format.

ARRRRRGGGG!

Try MPEG Streamclip to convert your files to another format if you have to.
I have used this and it works fine. It'll even let you trim you videos and also works well with Flash videos out-of-the-box.
