Auto Pilot is cutting off my video

I'm offline but autopilot is cutting off the show promo video.

It's presently the only thing in the storyboard. I plan to add other stuff to keep it from looping so repetitively. From the studio console I can see that the live clip countdown is always seems to start at :11 seconds. My promo clip is :13 seconds and this seems to be creating the cutoff at the end of my actual clip.
