Default using JWplayer with livestream
Hello,

Does anyone have a working example of embedding a JWplayer for streaming a Livestream channel? I followed the instructions (setting the flashvars, inserting my developer's key etc.) but keep getting a 'invalid developer's key' message. Anyone succeeded in doing this and could share the code?

Hello,

You need to provide a developer key that matches the host where you're hosting the jwplayer swf file.

Actually I also just noticed we have an error on our website, the parameter for the devkey is actually called livestream.devkey, not livestream.apikey.
This might be your issue, we're in the process of fixing this.

Does anyone know how I can replace the livestream logo (that loads in white over gray until the stream connects) with my own?

Hello,

That logo you're seeing is actually the default thumbnail that shows when no thumbnail has been captured for your channel. This will get replaced with an actual thumbnail of the content on your channel.
You can disable the that thumbnail using the API if you would rather not see it.

Could someone from Livestream please post the code, I have tried with no luck. I followed the JWPlayer Integration word for word but still no luck.

Default Error message
I get an error message in the middle of player saying:

"loaded file is not a valid media provider"

Default Still no luck
I just added this code before "file"

flashvars="plugins=livestream&livestream.

Now the player just keeps checking for a livestream
