Only static image for livestream event

Trying to view a livestream event that is live and working for others but only getting a static image with an arrow in a circle in the middle. When I click on the arrow, it opens a new tab but it's blank.

Chat is working fine on the event.

Using Chrome. Confirmed Jave is current. Cleared cache and cookies. Rebooted but still the same issue.

Have viewed previous livestream events with no issues.

How do I fix?
