Can't connect

I don't understand what's wrong but my procaster keeps telling me there's an error connecting.
I've reinstalled this thing THREE times and it's doing the same thing. It's really irritating...
What is wrong??

If you receive the error connecting message, please follow these steps:

-Completely close Procaster
-If you have to force quit Procaster, reopen the program and close out gracefully
-Restart your channel:
-Go to your Account Center
-Click the 'More' button at the far right of your channel
-From the options that roll out below your channel, click 'Restart'
-Reopen Procaster and go live
