[HELP] OP Settings (For low CPU usage)

Hi guys !

I'm new to Livestream, and have a few questions about settings, for optimizing the video-stream related to my computer. Here's my specs :

- E5200 dual COre O/C 3Ghz,
- SSD Samsung,
- 8Go DDR3
- HD6770 1Go

Running Livestream and games kills my CPU, but i think everybody doesn't have a High end PC....And the IPS in games gone.....

Can you help me to configure the soft for good ratio et quality ?

Which quality setting are you using? Your CPU is graded for Medium/Mobile quality only, not including running a game as well. If running the game with medium or mobile quality (with no additional programs running) doesn't improve your result, unfortunately your only option would be a more powerful CPU.
