How to get new USB 3G modem to work with Broadcaster?

Seems like the interaction between users and Livestream has not grown lately... Waited for suggestion that usb 3g modem api specs etc. can be found at some spesific address. But nothing...

No problem:-). I know the man behind mentioned company/usb modem and if I can get specs to him he pretty well can help me to configure the modem itself. I have ideas how to use it if I can trust it will connect with new.Livestream.
