Downloaded, But Won't Install

Hello

So I have downloaded Livestream Production and have attempted to install it I don't know how many times. I get the Windows Installer window (displayed in the image attached) but when I click okay, it just disappears and the program doesn't run.

What am I doing wrong here and can someone help me get this up and running?

Please create a support ticket so we can get your full system information. For reference, the system information can be found by:

Search for 'System Information' in Start search
Once loaded, click 'File' then 'Export' and save the file as Livestream or something similar
