I would suggest a Blackmagic capture device which will allow you to output from your camera via HDMI. If your computer has a USB3.0 port I'd suggest the Intensity Shuttle, if you only have USB2.0 you can use the H264 Pro Recorder, however this option is only viable for more powerful computers.
