Which version of Procaster are you using? You can find this by clicking the Preferences button then clicking the italic 'i' at the top right corner of this window. If you are not using the latest beta version, please download it
here. After downloading the beta, un-install your current version, restart your computer, then install the latest beta.
If this still does not resolve your issue, please try manually installing Flash for other browsers at the following URL:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions - Select your OS then select ‘Other Versions’ in Step 2.
