In order to help us pinpoint the source of the issue, please open a support ticket
with the system information you provided previously, as well as the version of Windows you're running and a list of any additional hardware used (ie. graphics tablet).
Include a brief summary of the issue (you can add a link to this thread) and attach your Procaster logs file by following these steps:
-Click 'Preferences' on the Procaster launch screen
-Click 'Video' tab
-Click 'Save Logs' at the bottom right of this screen
-Attach the "ProcasterLogs.zip" file which can be found on your desktop
