A delay of 15 - 25 seconds is normal on the New Livestream platform. But it looks like there was a slight issue with your account configuration which is causing the delay to be longer.
I made some changes which will take effect within a few hours. Please try another test around 1pm (EST) and let me know if you are still experiencing that long delay.
